2. Analytical Testing & Reporting

All testing is conducted in accordance with national and international regulatory standards, including NABL and ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. The test reports issued by Vanya Laboratory pertain strictly to the specific samples submitted and tested. Our reports do not constitute an endorsement, approval, or certification of an entire product batch or the manufacturing process.

3. Strict Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding your product formulations, proprietary data, intellectual property, and test results. Client information will never be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent, except as required by statutory law or regulatory authorities (e.g., FSSAI, NABL).

4. Turnaround Time (TAT) & Sample Retention

While we strive to deliver highly accurate reports within the mutually agreed timeline, Turnaround Times (TAT) are estimations and may vary based on test complexity. Samples will be retained for a standard period post-analysis as per our quality manual, after which they will be safely disposed of unless a specific return request is made in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and testing methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vanya Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we enforce uncompromising accuracy in our procedures, Vanya Laboratory shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our test reports or website. Our total liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to the cost of the specific testing services billed to the client.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our analytical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
